The new March 31st Consultation is based upon a flawed 2019 Route Consultation

The new consultation released on 31st March 2021 is based upon a flawed Route Consultation from 2019 and is therefore invalid. Follow our progress over the past two weeks below.

15/03/2021 – BFARe presented to Chris Heaton-Harris on March 15, 2021 – and this is what we said about the 2019 Consultation process and why we are asking for a public re-consultation.

16/03/2021 – Our follow-up detailed letter to the Minister for Transport regarding our concerns and request for a further public consultation. Our letter is here.

01/04/2021 – BFARe letter to Chris Heaton-Harris highlighting the fact that the new consultation released on 31st March 2021 is based upon a flawed Route Consultation from 2019 and is therefore invalid. BFARe again highlighting the route cost adjustments and lack of public consultation and transparency that took place during the 2019 public consultation.
